Conference loation: The Pyramid Cancun, Blvd. Kukulcan 5-Km 16, Zona Hotelera, 77500 Cancún, Q.R., Mexico
In order to come to the conference site, you have to stay at Pyramid (or Grand Oasis). Grand Oasis Cancun is at the same location as The Pyramid Cancun. They both are all-inclusive hotels. The difference is that staying at Pyramid allows you to all restaurants and bars, while Grand Oasis provides limited options. Hence, lodging rates at Grand Oasis would be cheaper. If you stay at Grand Oasis, you can pay additional to access all restaurants and amenities.
As it will be the holiday season, you should book the hotel early. If you don't stay at the conference hotel, no worries, as you can still attend all meetings online. We will also arrange off-site social gatherings, which could be at Cancun downtown. Details are to be announced. If you have any question, please reach out to [email protected]
We tried to negotiate a conference group rate. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't provide a competitive rate, as we found some online booking sites provide better rates. If you plan to attend the meeting, please book early and you should be able to find a good price.
